Guruji & I request you to suggest us the remedy or chant we should do to get a good (Helper) maid who can be with Amma (mother) from 7am-5pm. In addition, she has to take care of the house too. We have one girl who does the house work but somehow we cannot get a steady person for the other job. We have to leave Amma alone and go out during the day. We are always home in the evenings though. A companion cum cook would be ideal.

Dear Naran,
I want to share this with you.
I spoke to you this afternoon asking for help with my work situation since I have to urgently find work and things were not moving on. You have suggested me to chant (Bach Flower Remedies) Oak and Gorse.
I was not getting go ahead with some support letters from three people at my work and I was waiting impatiently. They all said ok (after chanting) and promised me that they will do that definitely around the same in two days.
In addition, I wanted to inform the following and thank you. My mother had an eye condition relating to retina three years ago. She took an intensive treatment and she got all cleared. She was highly concerned last month since she was finding some abnormality in the vision and our whole family got extremely upset.
I remembered the mantra, “LALITHAM LAMBODARAM LALITHAM BASKARAM LALITHAM BALACHANDRAM”. I was chanting the mantra non-stop. She went for the specialist appointment and they said she has not got any serious condition whatsoever. It is a small difficulty that she can have checked up this month. It’s apparently some common condition prevailing with old people and so it can clear off on its own.

To make the teenagers be aware of What is Right and What is Wrong
Is it enough if we know what is right or wrong for teenagers aged 13 to 21? They should know it. To make them differentiate between what is right and what is wrong, give them the Bach Flower Remedies, “Crab Apple, Cerato, Walnut, Wild Oat and Centaury”.

- Somebody has usurped your house, chant “Namashivayam”. Whenever you think about them, chant this mantra.

When you speak, silence is lost. When you think, your self is lost. Therefore, it is better not to speak, I guess!
Remove Energy Contamination
In the olden days, there were lots of clairvoyants and healers. The moment they see other person’s aura, any unwanted, black energy in their aura can be seen by them. You would have observed Pranic healers, cleansing and clearing the auras of patients as they see unwanted energy in the auric field of the patients.
You are affected by the negative energy around us. No need to have any doubt over this. Ancient healers have said, once see you something (black), and then in turn, it (black) also sees you. Your energy field becomes contaminated then. How could you remove that? There is a technique to do so.

Why we need so many healing techniques?
Change is the order of life. So we have to try different techniques. Otherwise, our life will get simpler, and you will feel bored.
In addition, combining techniques is better, because change is the order of nature. If Bach Flowers work for a particular period of time, then on some other day it may not work. At the same time you may need to be quickly healed by some other remedy, say for example either Mudra Healing or Reiki healing.
That’s why I am giving you a lot of healing techniques to work with.
In addition, for some, one set of remedies will work, while for others something else will work. What is important here is that we are healing the person as well as making him come out of the problem.

Case History
Rajesh had a severe lower back pain. He was feeling weak and found it difficult to walk for more than 5 minutes at a time. Neither could he sleep well. He wakes up at least 5 to 6 times during his sleep. So he could never feel fresh and brisk in the morning.
He was advised to chant “Om Lum Namaha” and “Om Vum Namaha” before going to sleep. He did Safe and Secure Mudra while chanting the mantra. Within a week he found significant progress. Digestion
Lots of sweets, and lots of food we had been taking during the last ten days. The doctors say that undigested food would stay in our system for many months and years. They had to be eliminated from our system. To do so:
- Chant the Mantra ‘Rum Bum Lum Dum’ (this will also reduce your sugar level and therefore it is good for diabetic patients)
- Do Acceptance Mudra while chanting

Chakra Balancing
The chakras can get imbalanced due to over excitement, pollution due to crackers, shopping crowd and for various other reasons. They need to work in balance. This can happen only if the unwanted stuff in them is cleared off. To do so:
Do Chin Mudra (touch the thumb with index finger on both hands) – the Mudra that is used traditionally in the meditation pose.
Though, you need not be in the meditation pose. You can do it while walking, talking or watching TV and may be while attending a meeting (the best time to calm down your nerves).
While doing the Chin Mudra, chant the mantras in the following mantra sequence repeatedly: “Om Lum Namaha Om Vum Namaha Om Rum Namaha Om Yum Namaha Om Hum Namaha”
Reiki
If you know Reiki, then give a full-body Reiki to yourself.
Instructions
Do the above for the next few days to avoid any illness in the near or distant future. Yes, due to contamination of chakras or energy field, we could fall sick any time in the future.
This can be done after every major festival or function to keep our health intact.
Handling a Bad Neighbour
Fear of getting a bad neighbour: Mimulus, the Bach Flower Remedy.
We could use Astrological signs for the same. Pisces is the sign you need. Cut the picture of the sign from a magazine and paste it on the door facing the neighbour. Then you will find a very good neighbour. This is a simple solution that can be followed instead of taking Mimulus.
Geetha had a neighbour who is fond of having noisy parties on a regular basis. She downloaded the picture of Pisces from Google and pasted it on the front door facing the neighbour. - When nothing happens in spite of all efforts, affirm, “Arudhra please be in my efforts”. Then you will be successful.
- Promotion is recognition and not handled by this star. Its purpose is different. A child puts in lot of studies, but it’s not getting good marks. Then this star will help him get good marks.
